Fulbright presidential scholarship program (PH.D. PROGRAM)
The American Indonesia Exchange Foundation (AMINEF) is pleased to announce the availability of approximately 40 new Fulbright under the Scholarship Program Fulbright presidential pursue Ph.D. Degree in the United States for the 2007-2008 school year. The Fulbright Program in Indonesia promotes mutual understanding between the Republic of Indonesia and the United States of America through educational exchanges and academic scholarship. Fulbright Scholarships are available for Indonesian citizens with appropriate qualifications as stipulated in the description below.
Eligibility and Requirements

Preference will be given to applicants who serve or plan to serve the faculty members of the state and private institutions of higher learning in Indonesia and never received any Fulbright Scholarship.

AMINEF Fullbright Program 2008

Preference will be given to applicants who will serve as faculty members of the state and private institutions of higher learning in Indonesia. Candidates who possess:

* A Sarjana (S1) degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (4.00 scale)
* Leadership Qualities
* A good understanding of Indonesian culture and an international
* The proof of their commitment to restraint field of study
* A desire to return to Indonesia at the completion of the Fulbright Program
* A minimum TOEFL score of 550

AMINEF Fulbright TELKOM Master’s Degree Program 2008

FULBRIGHT – TELKOM master’s degree program
at Fulbright Presidential Scholarship Program. Preference will be given to applicants who will serve as faculty members of the state and private institutions of higher learning in Indonesia.

Candidates who possess:

* A Sarjana (S1) degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (4.00 scale) that leadership qualities
* A good understanding of Indonesian and international cultures with a demonstrated commitment to the chosen field of study
* A willingness to return to Indonesia at the completion of the Fulbright program
* A minimum TOEFL score of 550.

ASEAN Foundation Scholarships on Graduate Studies

The ASEAN Foundation (AF) and the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) have reached an agreement to develop quality human resources in the member countries of ASEAN through the offering of the AF-AIT scholarships.

The ASEAN Foundation, an initiative of the leaders of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations South-East Asian Nations (ASEAN) was established on December 15, 1997 to contribute to the prosperity and a sustainable future for the peoples of all ASEAN countries that now comprise Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and VietNam. He was charged with promoting a greater awareness of the ASEAN and greater interaction between people and their increased participation in the activities of ASEAN as well as to undertake development cooperation activities that promote the ‘Mutual, address equitable economic development and reduce poverty.
